Butter Butter Butter
I have absolutely vile skin. I am allergic to everything. I'm allergic to the freakin' AIR and I go out of my way day and night to find anything that gives me relief from the itching and pain.
Today I found something better than sex. It's called Shea Body Butter.
Just the name itself, of course, is enough to drive a woman mad. Buttered bodies. Yummmmmmmmm. Anyhow, this is the thingie you want to buy if you have any kind of skin ickiness. I spread it on my neck and hands, which are my most sensitive areas, and had no reaction whatsoever.
It's not cheap, but it's worth every single expensive drop.
Going off now to slather myself with it.

Hello me again, I was wondering if you could tell me where this Shea Butter can be purchased. I too have terrible skin. I have been going though a particularly nasty time in the last week or so with incessant itching. Some parts of my body look rather nasty as a result. Anyways, should I just try any old Health Food store and will they rob me blind? I guess I could try either Cap Mall or Westlynn Mall. Cheers, my name is Suz...

I bought mine at The Soap Box in Seattle but I bet you can get it somewhere up here. I paid about $15 cdn for an 80ml jar, so yes it's expensive but it's great! Good luck.
After some research I have discovered that Shea Butter can be purchased at Suds N Scents at 1622 Pemberton Avenue here in North Vancouver. Their phone number is 604.986.4044. They sell it far cheaper than I got it for in my fancy-pants Seattle store too! I'll be heading there as soon as my stock is gone.
Thanks! I will go there this week-end for sure; it's about a 15 minute walk, so depending on the weather I may be going for a stroll. That street is getting more and more interesting. SP
